Julianne’s goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment in which clients can feel empowered to recognize their unique capacity for personal growth and change.
Julianne is a master’s level student at Fairfield University and is currently an intern striving towards her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling under the supervision of Lapde So, LPC. Julianne previously studied at the University of Connecticut and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.

Prior to pursuing counseling, Julianne worked as a fitness instructor for District Athletic Club in New Haven. After observing the transformative effects that consistently showing up for themselves had on her athletes’ mental and physical health, she was inspired to expand her ability to help others with their healing through counseling.
Her professional interests include trauma, ADHD, coping skills, and issues within the emerging adult population. Her goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment in which clients can feel empowered to recognize their unique capacity for personal growth and change. She utilizes an empathetic approach to foster hope, healing, and resilience as her clients learn to tap into the vast resources within themselves.
In her free time, Julianne loves spending time outside, exercising, seeing live music, and watching scary movies.
Julianne works at a discounted rate due to being an intern but is closely supervised by her supervisor.
