We are still fully virtual for the time being. We offer individual counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness practices. We try to tailor our sessions to fit the needs of our clients.
We mostly see adults and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict, multicultural and identity issues, and life transitions.
We accept most major insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, United Healthcare, and Medicaid. We also offer discounted rates when seeing an intern or associate level counselor.
Therapy is personal. Some need a place to vent, an unbiased listener, or advice on how to create change.
