Lapde So

Owner, Licensed Professional Counselor

Lapde is a state Licensed Professional Counselor. Her specialty is in anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. She prefers a collaborative approach when it comes to therapy, one where the client chooses which topic to discuss from week to week. Mieke is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working towards her full licensure. She works with both individuals as well as couples and has an interest in identity, self-exploration, and holistic medicine. Lydia is a master’s level student at Northwestern University and is currently an intern working towards her qualification as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has an interest in the emerging adult population and the impact of mental health during pregnancy. In addition, she has a background in marketing, cycling, and photography. Yumi Sakaguchi

Undergraduate Intern, Intake Team

Yumi is a senior at Occidental College studying Psychology and Japanese. She is interested in helping people navigate through anxiety, depression, and trauma. She loves to do yoga, dance, meditate, and draw. Her hope is to form inclusive communities that incorporate these creative outlets. At the practice, she helps with the intake team, schedules initial appointments, collects documentation, verifies insurance, and submits insurance claims.
