Rates

Payment is due at time of service.

Sessions are by appointment only.  Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Otherwise, payment is expected in full due to the time allocated for the appointment.

Credit card payment is most preferred but other arrangements can be made. We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA or FSA cards.

Sliding Scale

Sliding scale means that you may negotiate the rate of your session. If you have financial limitations and cannot afford the full price, take a look at your budget and let us know how much you are able to afford and we can come to an agreed upon rate that you are comfortable with. We have never once turned away a client due to finances so rest assure that you two will be able to work something out.

All our clinicians work on a sliding scale. For those with financial limitations, interns may be a good option as they work at a discounted rate due to the fact that they are not licensed yet. Interns are always closely supervised.

Insurance

Fees

  • Phone Consultation – FREE

FREE 15-minute phone consultation for you to see if we are a good fit for you.

  • First Session: Intake –  

The first session is an intake interview that takes about 45 minutes. The purpose of this session is to gather information about the client’s medical history, family history, education and work experience, emergency contact, and presenting issues. It is also helpful to know about any previous treatment and therapeutic experiences, medications, and goals for therapy.

  • Individual Counseling –  

One-on-one counseling sessions are typically 45 minutes long. Each clinician works on a sliding scale that is based on the client’s financial situation and annual income. The fee will be determined during the first intake session.

  • Couples Counseling – 

Couples counseling are typically 45-60 minutes long and therefore the rate may be higher due to the length.

  • Family Counseling – 

Family counseling is typically 45-60 minute long, despite how many family members participate.

  • Drug & Alcohol Assessment – 

We offer 45-60 minute drug and alcohol assessments. Future session rates are dependent on the type of therapy that is recommended and the frequency of those sessions.
